I gave it a 3 because it is of great quality and I'm positive my problem is only due to my lack of knowledge on how to use it.This company needs to put out an instruction video on youtube or where they sell this tool. I still can't get it to make a mug. I have mastered how to mess up a perfectly good thrown mug with my wizwig mug makin.
