Our 7x12 portable storage unit arrived at 10::00 AM this morning and my wife and I had it put up and ready to store our firewood in about 3 hours.It's very simple to assemble. I added extra stakes and weights to protect from the wind.We have our wooden woodshed filled and still have 2 cords to split and stack, we live in the high Rockies of Colorado and get a lot of snow, so we decided to purchase this until to store the excess wood.It's tight and secure, hopefully it will last a few years.The only thing is the instructions, not much to read, just a few diagram pictures. We're pretty smart and mechanic inclined and full of common sense, but for some people, it could be confusing.Had an issue where a pole slipped out 8n shipping. This company has unbelievable customer support. The shed is very well built and sturdy. A little tough to build but it has a lot of support bars inside to stiffen up the structure so it's worth the extra effort needed compared to the snap together tents.Update: only a month after I put up this tent we had hurricane Ian come with in 75 miles of my house. We has 40mph winds with 60+mph gusts. This shed was still there and it's top didn't rip. I would highly recommend this storage shed.I like the size and product seems to be sturdy, haven’t seen how it is in the winter yet. I am disappointed my came in with 2 holes in the canvas and dirty inside and dirty straps. For the cost of it was disappointed.A little more detail might have been nice. the elastic tie downs were loose for the bottom cross pieces as the instructions did not show where on the upright it should be and how far up it is to be installed...so I had to redo it. Delivery was fast but FedEx really beat up the box and retaped it in many spots, this made it so I could not ascertain if there was any damage/or missing parts until I put it together. next time do a video in putting it together would have saved time timeThis tent is just the right size for what we were looking for. We assembled it in our garage (on a windy day) and carried it outside to set on the ground. The tarp seems strong. Once we figured out the drawings, it was easy to put together. The INSTRUCTIONS are just awful. Five steps. Sounds easy. Study the images closely before starting to assemble. The ball bungees are a nice change to hold end tarps to frame instead of running cord through the grommets. Hopefully they won't stretch out too soon. The frame itself seems sturdy. We will have to use rebar to keep in the ground. The anchors will not do it alone. It's different having ratchet tie down to only two opposite corners to attach to hooks on bottom, then tying off the other end. I roll the door up toward the inside, keeps the rain from puddling up in the roll, if you don't keep it closed.All in all, it's a nice tent, size is just right for our needs. We'll see how it handles our winters snow/wind/rain.Pros:The tarp is a good and thick and the frame is steel resulting in the shed being pretty stable on its own. We actually had some heavy wind and rain shortly after I got it setup (but before I had a chance to anchor it down). Despite it not being anchored down, it only moved around a few feet. I was also expecting a fair amount of water inside on the ground after the storm since it’s on concrete but surprisingly, the cardboard boxes that it came in were inside the shed and they didn’t seem to get wet.Cons:The “instructions” are 4 sketches at different stages of the setup. Unfortunately, none of the sketches included detail for the less intuitive things like how to attach the bracing rods across the bottom, the fact that those rods thread through the dang tarp, or how the rope tightening system is supposed to work.The zippers don’t zip very easily and they seem incredibly cheap. I’m skeptical that they’ll last for more than a year.The product material and shipping was great, it is expected when it being gray, it does look like a giant garbage bag in my yard but can't complain for it's price and I can always decorate around it. However the instruction manual was like everyone said, not good. I had to figure out what the parts were for and etc. The roof of the shed is not what you see on the photos... you'd think the roof you'd have more room to cover the top to prevent rain coming in but no. The frame I was given was a bit too big or the cover was a bit too small where the edges were just aligned with ceiling poles, where inside the tent will be flooded for sure and the "gate/door" was too big, the bands that are supposed to hold it together is not small enough so I will have to buy my own to make it tight and not flapping about. I am not 100% satisfied with the product. I know I will have to re-do this again to figure out how to cover the roof without rain coming in through the gate, definitely not like the photos they posted. Doors/gate under the roof would be ideal but not with mine. I left my yard feeling a bit disappointed and frustrated that the installation wasn't as easy some claim it to be, not the hardest thing to put together no, but when you have material sizes that does not really match the frame size then yes it's difficult to figure out. They need to re-do their instruction manual. I won't recommend this product to anyone else unless they are tight with $$ or using this as temporary. Since I live in California, weather is tolerable year round but if i was living in Seattle or rainy areas, this is not the product for you. UPDATE: the plastic buckles that holds the doors open broke off, it just ripped off easily now I am not able to hold the flap door open. Disappointed so I have to do DIY ideas to keep it open when using the shed.This was easy to set up and is keeping all my stuff dry until I can move things back into my garage. Would highly recommend this shelter.
