Well built and effective.Steamer wand came quicker than the estimated delivery date. I like that it is quick disconnect so I can clean it easily, the original wand couldn't do that. The only thing that was a bummer is that it came missing the O ring that is supposed to be in the groove on the plastic adapter which threads onto the pipe of the machine. I highlighted in my pictures where it is missing on the adapter and where it shows one in the instructions. I didn't realize this until I put it on and tried it for the first time. A bunch of steam was blowing out of the top of the wand and not much actually going down through the bottom where it is supposed to. I've since slowed the leak a little with the older, smaller O ring that sealed my previous wand off where it threaded onto the pipe but it still leaks a little since it isn't exactly the right size. I've contacted the seller about it so hopefully they can get me the right O ring. If not, I may change my rating and go to the hardware store and find something that will work for now.Not sure where the negative comments are coming from. I have found that I have to filter out some negative comments on Amazon because tehre will always be those that have the luck of the draw of having a bad experience or some that just can't be satisfied. The original nozzle plastic shaft inside the metal cylinder cracked (from heat?). This let steam escape from the top where air is supposed to be sucked in to froth the milk. The new replacement has a thicker plastic shaft as an improvement to reduce the chances of cracking.I believe that some of the angst may be coming from the replacement of the upper nozzle and o-ring is not trivial. While I have plenty of mechanical experience, getting the old one off required more force than I would have thought (I needed to use pliers). Pay attention to the old parts as they come off. When installing the new upper nozzle, be sure to remove the old o-ring and install the new one over the threads of the end of the metal arm that swings out. Finally, when screwing on the new upper nozzle component, be sure to start the threads carefully to not cross thread and strip it. Be very gentle starting the threads to make sure they align. Once it is started, it may take a little more omph than you would think to get such a small component securely tight. It has to be tight enough to compress the o-ring.I have been using it now for several weeks and it works as good as the original. Given the thicker shaft where there old one cracked, I belive this one will last longer than the original.Started having issues about a month of purchasing this part. Doesn’t work longer than a month. Just started using my expresó machine again but will have to look for another seller as this part from this seller doesn’t last. The old steaming unit's plastic top fastener mount cracked. This one works fine as a replacement. This steamer nozzle is a much-needed improvement over earlier generations. I have had my Krups espresso machine since 2011 and have gone through two steam nozzles that either broke easily or only delivered hot (not foamed) milk. These two came from earlier generations and their disappointing performance led me to shelf my machine for nearly a year. But this new model seems much better.I will note that it is difficult to remove the nozzle in order to clean it, and that if you neglect to remove and clean it after each use, dried milk will clog up the vents and render the nozzle inoperable. After my OEM froth wand literally exploded like a grenade (not a safe product, IMO), I bought this replacement part. This design seems better, less likely to explode and cause injury and is easier to clean and remove. I've had it several months and it is working great. Too bad this wasn't the OEM part this unit shipped with.Only lasted a few months before it broke again & I needed to replace it again!Es igual a la imagen
