Having made 10's of thousands of normal cat ends, I decided to try pass through's as it's getting harder for me to see the wires inside a standard connector and checking the order when "passed-through" seemed easier. Trusting Klein for many years, I decided to give these a try along with the matching Klein crimper. Once you get the hang of it, you can make these up pretty quick and they seemed okay at first.After using these for a few days, and after a few callbacks from customers, I realized that the connectors were dropping out of the ethernet jacks. What would otherwise be a solid product, becomes completely unusable if I can't trust these things to stay plugged in. I've seen this with other cheaper brands standard type connectors, where you needed to bend out the retaining latch piece to keep them tight, but I expected a much higher quality from Klein. No bending or manipulation would allow these to stay plugged into the device. Even worse is that its not consistent withing the same pack of connectors. Some are okay while others just fall right out.I will not use this product professionally and will think twice about purchasing Klein products in the future.
